WELCOME The mission of the Dan Hartman Foundation is to nurture the creative instinct in young people and to further the education of artistically gifted youth. We believe that the arts foster hope and encourage growth and achievement in young lives. |
ABOUT US The Dan Hartman Arts and Music Foundation supports both individuals seeking support for their artistic training and no–profit organizations that provide arts education and training to young people. SHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS Scholarships are available for artists between the ages of 10- 25. We provide support for tuition or training for young people currently enrolled in middle school, junior or senior high school and for college, university or professional training for those who have completed high school. The foundation will also consider requests for support of education and training in the performing and fine arts, on music, composition and songwriting. Scholarships are awarded based on the demonstration of talent, economic need and the ability to achieve goals. Small grants for individuals are also available for training and educational needs other than tuition. ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROGRAM SUPPORT Grants are made to qualified non-profit organizations to support programs that are consistent with the Foundation’s mission to assist young people with talent and determination to realize their artistic potential. |
